Welcome to CVTrek! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our resume builder application (“Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of the Service

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.
  • We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our Service.
  • You may not misuse the Service or engage in unlawful activities.

2. Accounts and Authentication

  • We use Magic Login and Google Authentication for account access.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Data Storage and Security

  • We use Supabase to store user-generated content and authentication data.
  • While we take reasonable security measures, we are not responsible for unauthorized access to your data.

4. Future Subscriptions

  • We plan to introduce paid subscriptions via Stripe in the future.
  • Subscription terms, pricing, and cancellation policies will be made available when this feature is launched.

5. Limitation of Liability

  • CVTrek is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
  • We are not liable for any loss of data, interruptions, or damages arising from the use of our Service.

6. Changes to the Terms

  • We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time.
  • Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
